Due to its abundance, coal has been mined in various parts of the world and continues to be an important economic activity today. Though historically used as a means of household heating, coal is now mostly used in industry, especially in smelting , steel and alloy production, as well as electricity generation.
We have acquired proprietary interests in few of the coal mines in South Africa, with significant thermal and metallurgical coal deposit of more than 1.04 billion tons with considerable upside potential.
